Refund policy

1. 30-Day Return Window & Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window. Customers must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving their item to be eligible.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, unopened (with original shrink wrap intact), and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: Must be in the original packaging, including all original tags, labels, and included accessories.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide the order number or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Opened tarot or oracle decks (once the plastic seal is broken, they cannot be returned).
Customized or personalized products.
Sale, clearance, or items marked as "Final Sale."
Gift cards.
2. The Return Process
Initiating a Return
Send an email to starstarot@outlook.com within the 30-day window.
Include your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the detailed reason for the return.
We will review your request within 3 business days. If approved, we will provide you with the specific return address and shipping instructions via email.
Return Shipping Costs
Our Error: If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item shipped by us, starstarot.com will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer’s Reason: If the return is due to the customer changing their mind (e.g., dislike, ordered by mistake), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, or the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Important: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
Refund Processing
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect its condition within 5 business days.
Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Issuance: If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item, please contact us immediately at starstarot@outlook.com.
