Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order enters our fulfilment process and changes may not be possible. Contact us at starstarot@outlook.com as soon as possible.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes. Our minimum order quantity for wholesale is 24 units per title. For orders of 600 units or more, custom labelling and private-label options are available. Visit our Wholesale page for details.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide to over 60 countries. A full list of supported shipping destinations is available at checkout. We currently do not ship to India.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 15–25 business days
  • Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 15–25 business days
  • Other regions: 15–30 business days depending on destination

All shipments include a tracking number sent to your email once your parcel is dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders over $199 qualify for free worldwide shipping. This is applied automatically at checkout.

Which carrier do you use?

We primarily ship via YunExpress, a tracked international logistics service. For wholesale and express orders, we use DHL or UPS.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel via our Order Tracking page.

My order is delayed — what should I do?

International shipping occasionally experiences delays due to customs processing, public holidays, or local postal service issues. If your parcel has not arrived within 35 business days of your dispatch notification, contact us at starstarot@outlook.com and we will investigate immediately.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email starstarot@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly sent. In those cases, we cover return costs in full.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.


Products

Are some of your decks created with AI?

Yes. Some decks are created with the assistance of AI image generation tools. This is clearly disclosed on each product page where it applies. Our production standards — card stock, colour calibration, print quality — are identical for all decks regardless of how the artwork was created.

Do your decks come with a guidebook?

Most standard editions include a printed guidebook or instruction booklet. Some compact or portable editions include a digital-only PDF guidebook, which is clearly noted in the product description. PDF guidebooks can be downloaded from our PDF Guidebooks page.

What card stock do you use?

We use 310–400 GSM card stock, depending on the deck. Most editions use either black-core paper or C2S coated paper with matte, peach-skin, or air-cushion lamination finishes. Full specifications are listed on each product page.

Can I request a custom or commissioned deck?

We offer private-label and custom production for orders of 600 units or more. Contact us at starstarot@outlook.com for a quote.
