Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order enters our fulfillment process and changes may not be possible. Contact us at starstarot@outlook.com as soon as possible.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. Our minimum order quantity for wholesale is 24 units per title. For orders of 600 units or more, custom labelling and private-label options are available. Please email us for details.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to over 80 countries. A full list of supported shipping destinations is available at checkout. Please note that we currently do not ship to India.  

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• United States: 15–25 business days
• Europe: 10–18 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 15–25 business days
• Other regions: 15–30 business days depending on destination
All shipments include a tracking number sent to your email once your parcel is dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping and delivery services for all orders over $199 USD.
