Stars Tarot was founded on a single, deeply personal conviction: that the right deck, held in the right moment, can change the way you see yourself.
Our founder spent years searching for tarot decks that were genuinely beautiful — not just pretty, but built with weight, intention, and the kind of tactile care that makes a ritual feel real. What existed was mostly two categories: mass-produced decks with thin card stock and muddy printing, or expensive art-edition decks priced out of reach. Stars Tarot was built to close that gap.
Today, we partner with artists from across the world — illustrators, graphic designers, and digital painters — to commission original decks and bring them to life through one of the most demanding printing and finishing processes in the industry. Every deck we release passes through colour-calibration rounds, physical quality inspections, and a final approval gate before it ships.

Luna leads creative direction across every deck we release. She sets the aesthetic standard — the colour profiles, the feel of the card stock, the unboxing moment. If it does not feel extraordinary in your hands, it does not leave the studio.
Billy — Content & Community Lead

Billy is responsible for translating what we believe about tarot into words, videos, and stories that actually connect. He runs our social channels, writes the product descriptions, and makes sure that every customer touchpoint feels human.
Celine — Production & Quality Control

Celine oversees every production run from the moment artwork is signed off to the moment finished decks are packed for shipment. She manages our print partners, runs quality inspections, and personally authorises the destruction of any batch that does not meet standard.
Mira — Logistics Lead

Mira runs our fulfilment and shipping operations. She works with our logistics partners to ensure that every parcel is packaged securely, shipped with a live tracking number, and handled with the care it deserves.
Our Position on AI-Assisted Art
Some of our decks are created with the assistance of AI image generation tools. We are transparent about this on every product page where it applies.
We believe that transparency is non-negotiable. An AI-generated deck is not inferior — it is different. What we insist on regardless of the creation method is the same: premium card stock, precision colour calibration, and a visual result that is genuinely striking. The tool that made the art does not change the care that goes into printing and finishing it.
For collectors who prefer exclusively hand-drawn works, we clearly label those decks as well. We want you to choose what resonates with you — fully informed.
Our Production Standards
- Card Stock: 310 – 400 GSM, black-core or C2S coated paper, chosen per deck
- Finishes: Air-cushion matte lamination, peach-skin texture, UV gloss, embossed linen — matched to each deck's visual identity
- Edge Treatment: Gold, silver, holographic, and colour-matched gilded edges on select editions
- Packaging: Rigid magnetic-closure boxes, custom-printed tuck boxes, or canvas bags — no generic packaging
- Extras: Altar cloths, velvet pouches, crystal pendants, and guidebooks available in selected bundle editions
